palMAX - A fully integrated solution for end of line pallet labelling.

Designed for Australian companies who need to automatically print and apply SSCC labels to pallets of finished goods. The Label-Aire 3138-N labeller is used in conjunction with a long reach tamp / blow label applicator.   Located in line with pallett conveyor or at the outfeed side of a pallet wrap station this labelling solution will met the demands of even the highest output production lines.

The palMax system is a truly versatile solution for SSCC labelling. A number of control options exist.

• Using barcode scanners it is possible to automatically manage product arriving from multiple production lines.
• Data can be held locally or remotely linked to an existing database.
• An operator control panel provides local management of part pallet label printing and label reprints.
• Auto barcode reader can be used to check each printed barcode for quality assurance.
