Four Colour Process SRG-1001


The SRG-1001 produces high quality four-colour printing ideally suited to the label and packaging industries. It also has applications for the Direct Mail Printer and for short run commercial printing. The system allows a combination of four-colour process printing and variable data imaging – including barcodes, numbering and database personalisation – all in one pass.


The SRG-1001 can print directly onto most stocks without the need for special materials or pre-treating. An optional corona treatment unit can be fitted for printers that need to run a wider range of synthetic stocks. The press can be configured to allow reinsertion of reels and pre-diecut labels.



The MIKOH software has been designed to produce high quality print with no waste. The first print is saleable product. This saves considerable materials and press time. Jobs can be queued with almost zero make-ready time.


The software suite comes with colour separation; just supply an Adobe Illustrator File, load the image set your product size and press Print Mode. Within the software is an Ink Calculator for costing each file. It accurately estimates the amount of ink required for your run and the total cost of materials required.


Modular design is the key to flexibility. The SRG-1001 can be supplied as a basic reel to reel Digital Press or have any of the following options added:


  • Sheeting or Fan-Folding

  • Corona Treating

  • Laminating

  • Flexo or Inkjet Varnishing

  • Magnetic Cylinder, Flat bed or Laser Diecutting

  • Conventional or LED UV curing

  • IR curing for solvent based inks
