The REA-JET standard coding and marking system is especially designed to meet the requirements in harsh ambient conditions such as dust, humidity, vibrations, large variations in temperature and aggressive substances.

The patented REA-JET print head technology guaranties a high level of system availability and ease of use with little maintenance required.

Extreme fast operating print heads allow products to pass by the print head at a speed of up to 300 m/min while print image quality remains excellent.

The user friendly operator prompting of the system is dialog oriented and easy to learn. Individual software programming and customized adaptations according to customer requirements can be carried out by the system operator via input terminal. System interfaces are open to operator configurations.

In the unlikely event that a printer problem is encountered, which cannot readily be resolved by the operator, the module identified as requiring additional attention can be removed and replaced by the operator in a matter of minutes. This philosophy of design for "Replacement and not Repair" ensures that the printer is operational in the shortest period of time.

The module requiring further attention can then be repaired with the minimum impact to the production cycle.
The REA-JET industrial ink jet based coding and marking system is designed to work in many varied industrial environments encountered in today´s workplace. Coding can take place on a large variety of substrates such as porous and non-porous surfaces at a variable print height in between 3 and 67 mm. The systems marks all sorts of products with logos, bar codes, best before dates, heat and consignment numbers, programmable counters, consecutive numerations and production data (time, date, shift). The marking can take place from above, upside down and sidewise.

Print head and controller are dustproof and spray water protected (IP65).

A comprehensive interface concept allows the most convenient integration of the REA-JET system into existing computer and production infrastructures.
